Who needs your help?

 

Not all monks and nuns live in large, well-supported communities. Some who wish to join our gathering live in small communities that struggle to obtain basic needs of life. Many monastics in the USA are individuals living on their own in utter poverty (of body though not in spirit). These are the ones who most need to join with their fellows for encouragement to continue in the holy life, and yet they have the most difficulty getting together the travel fare.

 

Therefore, to support the dedicated members of the Buddha's ordained Sangha, give generously. If any funds are left over they will help someone get to the gathering next year.
